About
Riding hard since 2014.
Monotremas MTB Club was founded in 2014 by a crew of mountain bikers who refused to stay on flat ground. Over a decade later, we've built something beyond a club — a brotherhood forged in mud, altitude, and the kind of suffering only riders understand. From the Sierra Tarahumara to the depths of Copper Canyon, Monotremas has left tire marks on some of Mexico's most epic trails.
Races & Achievements
Battles we've won.
Chupacabras 100k
One of the most brutal endurance races in the Sierra Madre, conquered by our riders pushing through relentless singletrack and raw mountain terrain.
La Onza Creel
Deep in the heart of the Copper Canyon region, our team took on La Onza Creel and left everything on the trail.
El Peñon del Aguila
A race named after an eagle's peak — and our riders soared through it, proving that Monotremas belongs at the top.
Batopilas
Descending into the legendary canyon town of Batopilas, our crew tackled altitude, heat, and jaw-dropping descents without flinching.
The Spirit
More than a club.
Monotremas isn't just about podiums. It's about showing up when the trail gets ugly, pushing each other past limits we didn't know existed, and celebrating every finish line — whether you crossed it first or last. Ten years in, the fire still burns the same.
